Simply PC are very professional, approachable with any problem concerning your computer. They were very helpful and friendly to me, understanding of my needs and concerns, treated me like a real person and didnt use lots of jargon. Actually made the whole process (Which I had choosen a full service) very easy, a pleasure to work through and not a chore. John was wonderful he kept in constant contact with me via phone, and did a great job, even sorting out the smallest of details that I wasnt sure about doing myself!!
